Not sure how other people use the graph feature but I don't really see daily notes belonging there.

Daily notes are chronological, graphs are associative. An option to exclude daily notes from the graph view would be great so the graph can focus on presenting the connections of ideas and concepts, rather than being filled with dates with no idea what they are about.
